We got an Outback! It’s a limited with Eyesight, Navigation, and Moonroof! No blank buttons! Really nice interior. It towers over the V60! Long live the wagon!
Really much more upscale than I expected. Expect a review soon!

I’ve always kind of thought that Subaru, Volvo, and Audi occupy different (but overlapping) levels in the same segment.

I’ve always felt that Subaru was the Saab of Japan. Except Subaru actually makes money.

That’s what the salesman was joking about. Apparently Volvos and Subarus just go together.

[Raises hand]
Yes, hi, what is “Eyesight?” Is it their version of the lack-of-awareness package?

Yeah basically. Pre collision braking, lane departure warning, lane keep assist (which actually automatically turns the wheel go keep you in a lane) and adaptive cruise control

Figured you would approve!
H4. Probably would’ve gotten the 6 but there wasn’t one within 250 miles! And we got a great deal

I totally approve! The H4 has adequate power in my opinion. I've driven a 6 and while it was moderately quicker, I wasn't blown away, and certainly didn't regret spending the extra $$$. My only suggestion for y'all is that if you drive in the rain a lot, which I assume y'all do since y'all live in Florida, I'd suggest getting different tires and selling the bridgestones while they are still new. They only last about 20-25k miles and are awful in the rain after they wear down a bit.

Hilarious you mention that! We looked them up on Tire Rack and were soooo disappointed. Plan on replacing them really soon!

I'm very much in love with my Pirelli Scorpian Verde All Season Plus tires. I've got about 6k on them so far and they handle very well.

We were looking at either the Pirellis or the Michelins
Side note: You are in one of the Carolinas right?
Did you get a front plate bracket?

Can’t go wrong either way. I’m in NC and did not get a plate bracket as we are a one plate state. I’ll probably steal the one from my mom’s S60 before she returns the lease as I really like Volvo plate brackets.
